If you have stopped making any Insulin at all then you may find you need shots to stabilize. Some level two peeps have that happen to them eventually. Best to check with the doctor, but only if it continues to be an issue for at least three days. If there are other issues you may not want to wait

the diet is not tight enough,not enough exercises or meds not working or a combination of all three-worry the flu heat cold period anything at all-at present my sugar is elevated althlough i dont feel i have a cold and as my sugar has been stable i suspect a symptomless infection
other meds counteracting the effects of your antidiabetic meds

I think you may need more or a diff medication so keep on your dr till yall get it down to a regular level if that dont work find a dr who will listen to you my gm died @ 50 yrs old because diabetes because her dr would not listen to her so good luck

for me most times stress causes my sugars to rise. I also notice that 3 days before I get sick my sugars go through the roof

it's the extra things you put in your diet. like if you put too much salt or pepper.
