What do you mean a head? A head of hair? A head of yourself? How about a head of cabbage or lettuce. Need to be more speciific for us to get the best answer. If you want to get ahead, maybe you can be your own boss and start your own business doing what you do the best. Good luck in getting ahead or a head.

assuming you want to know financially. If you're looking to buy,
figure out if you really need the item or can you do without. If
you have credit cards look at the interest rate you're paying-you
can call the companies and try to get a lower rate. Watch for
clearance items, sales flyers and coupons.
