2 of my specialties, CRAB & FEAST! 10 gallons will give you 125 generous servings. You will need about 15 pounds of crab meat ( there is no FEAST only FAMIN, when you have to fish to find the meat in the soup). Can I come? My boyfriend says I'm always CRABBY!

If its pretty rich, then you can probably get away with making one bowl a person. Are you serving it with other dishes? Sometimes there are people who just don't do soup, so if that's the case, you can prepare enough for about 100 servings and count on other things being eaten.
