My bathroom has a leak for more then 10 months and it is all mildow, black, falling down. I have a cough that will not go away, with no apparent cause. How do I reconize if I'm being exposed to asbestos?

You can't, it has to be tested by specialists. Mould can also be dangerous though. Asbestos does not give you a cough straight away, it takes 10 years for syptoms to arise.

from what I understand, asbestos is undetectable to us. You will need to call a health department. Call your local fire station, ask them what options you have. If they cant give you any advice, I'm sure they can give you another resource.

Your bottom should also itch coupled with an itchy flakey scalp. T:gel should help both bottom and scalp.
