I guess I'm on a single handed cruise through "Answers" using the real definition of Vegetarian...

I take it you've had lunch by now. Hope you didn't fall for the Tuna/chicken nonsense and treated your self to a fine lunch without resorting to dead animals.

I don't eat meat and haven't for nearly four years. You can have lots of things.

A sandwich [lightly toasted is nice]

Fruit Salad
Any type of fruit
Pasta
Yoghurt

Things that are more filling

Pie
Pizza
Fajitas
Vegetarian burgers/Sausages [Soya/Tofu/Quorn]

Eat beans. Pinto beans. Kidney beans. Baked beans. lima beans. Put a tortilla around beans. Eat potato with your beans. Have a raw carrot. Drink a lot of water.

Fry mixed diced vegetables, an egg, and some cheese together, place in pita bread or on whole-grain toast. Finish with mineral water or fresh fruit.

Well usually when someone dont eat meat. I see them eat, salads, certain sandwhiches (without meat, like peanut butter and jelly, cheese, etc), spagehetto's, macaroni and cheese. Those are some chooses.

savory chease sarnie, greated chease, chopped ongin salt and peper with mayo mixed up in a bowl a litle marmite sperad on the bread if u like and pepers in the mix yum
or a pitta pizza pitta with tom puray and grated chease on top with oilives if you like or any topping yum ur making me hungry!

well why don't u have a really nice salad! everyone deserves a treat! get lots of juicy fruits 'cause their sweet like candy, but good for u!
