Blood test, urine test and a swob. Really depends on what you want to get tested for. Give your local clinic a call to get the details.
And if your wondering what a swob is - they arent pleasent. But worth it. A little pain is a cheap price for your health.

depends on what sort of std test. Some in urine, others blood, hiv mouth swab. The ones that are curable are tested threw urine

Blood test is done for HIV, regardless of sex.

They do stick a q-tip into your penis...and my fiance' said it hurt...but I guess sometimes it's the price you pay. So practice safe sex.

i think it is a smear test (swab) it is more efficient....
