I suggest all-natural OmegaGuard. A pharmaceutical grade omega 3's uses a state-of-the-art, proprietary, low temperature, triple molecular distillation and purification process that concentrates natural beneficial omega 3 fatty acids and helps remove harmful contaminants including heavy metals lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, dioxins and PCBs.

Provides a full spectrum of seven natural omega 3 fatty acids -- EPA, DHA, ALA and more.

I've used this produce several years.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Good question with some pretty interesting responses. You asked about supplements, right? A good Omega 3 fatty acis, ie. Fish oil capsule can help. Also, a high quality fiber supplement that has a combination of several ingredients can help too. Be aware that even though Cheerios says what they say, it takes a lot of it to make a difference. It's only one type of fiber. That $2 cannister of fiber at Walmart is basically a potty powder. Look for something better.
Hope this helps

A year ago I was at 1.51g of Triglycerides. In April I was at 0.89g. I am now at 0.67g. Sharp reduction.

From 1.51g to 0.89g in 7 months: I cut on milk, cheese and red meat. I had carbs. Plenty. I did not do a lot of sport. Just a lot of walking. I lost 9 kilos.

From 0.89g to 0.67g in 4 months: I stopped (almost completly) carbs. Ate red meat and cheese. I ran about an hour every 2-3 days. I lost 2 kilos. I am taking Cod Liver Oil supplement (for the last month only).

So diet surely impacted...but cutting on carbs OR red meat / cheese contributed to lowering the triG. Interesting.
