Its pretty easy to get frozen escargots that has spiced butter already in the shell in Europe from grocery stores, but how do I get things like those in Atlanta? Of course for merely cheap price not the gourmet things. thanks

Don't. Buy the can with the shells and make your own butter. It's the same thing and super easy. Not to mention tastier with the fresh herbs and garlic in the butter.

You should know good escargot is not cheap.
