Nothing is bad. U just have to eat them wisely. Remember to soak and wash before eating. Also if u are alleggies to certain food such as peanuts, then all nuts are out of reach for u.

Few of the ones we know are bad, because if they were bad we wouldn't eat them. Rhubarb and some things are bad when raw. Soy isn't that good but most things we know and eat are fine. But there are many, MANY veggies and even some fruits that are bad.

Some berries are toxic, as are many vegetables. Obviously (with the exception of fruit) plants don't want to be eaten, they've developed poisons to try to ward off consumers. All plants have poisons in, luckily we are immune to many of those toxins, but there are many we aren't. Unlike most herbivores we can't eat leaves and things, as they are poisonous to us, neither can we eat many flowers and other plants. There are many plants and tubers we cannot eat. Most plants we cannot eat.

Rotten fruits are bad for you.

Seriously, there are fruits and vegetables that can be bad for you just like fatty meat is bad for you.

Too much coconut is bad, because of the high saturated fat content. Too many beets can be bad because of the high sugar content. By and large, it is not the item, but the quantity and variety that makes food good or bad. Peanuts are good due to the protein content, but are bad in large quantities because they can trigger an allergic reaction in people that were not allergic to them before.

I know raw green tomatoes are poisionous. If you have allegies to them, strawberries are dangerous. I suppose there are allergies to other fruit & veggies, too. Not a fruit, but still something many vegetarians eat for protein that can kill some people: peanuts. And some other nuts, too.

Sure there are, we just don't eat them.

There are tons of poisonous plants and fruits out there and our ancestors learned that the hard way. Any fruits/veg that aren't good for us we don't consume.

There can be problems with mass consumption of certain fruits/veg, but you'd really have to eat an excessive amount.

Fruits and vegetables are natural things created by nature to nourish humans, they contain what wee need. some contain more fat than others, some containe more vitamins, if you are allergic to any of those, you wont ingest them, or just substitute them for others that do contain what you need and wont cause you any trobule, now, think how adicted we became to no natural food, and processed food, like white sugar, flour, and others.
consider that many vegetables are more dangerous because they grow on pesticides and other stuff to prevent pest, that is why organic food is lately so famous, because it grows 100% natural and that makes it more apropiate for us.

No. Raw fruits and vegetables are all good and healthy for you. All those foods do a body good.

Some don't have a lot of nutritional value (like iceburg lettuce, which is mostly water) but besides anything you might be allergic to, no, there aren't any that are bad for you.
