I'm just wondering how many eaters that recipe by newsgirlinos will serve. Also, do people in those parts call every soup "water"? This sounds similar to Mexican birria (prob. misspelled), a goat soup where you cook the meat off the bones and you get left with a lot of little vertebrae and such to pick at. Heaven!

Clarify something please I'm not familiar with the terminology. Do you mean a soup, or just a way to cook the meat?
