You are right - vegetarian diets are the most nutritious and best for your body and health. People are supposed to eat foods that are brightly colored like a box of crayons -
green - green beans, kiwi, peas, broccoli, limes, cucumbers;
red - tomatoes, cherries, strawberries,watermelon, red peppers;
yellow - mangos, pineapples, lemons;
orange - citrus oranges, orange peppers;
purple - grapes, eggplant, purple Peruvian potatoes;
white - asparagus, cauliflower; rice
brown - mushrooms, potatoes
These are just examples of some veggies and fruits. There are so many more.

no i tried it for a year its the only time in my life i became i'll, and i was doing everything i was supposed to, vitamins, organic foods, etc. etc.......i guess i'm just carnivorous

i make the best smoothies, and it is amazing what you can put in them (carrots, mango, grapes, plum, ice= yummy smoothie)
