i have type 1 im 14 now and i got it whe i was 4 years old

I have type 1 diabetes since i was 11 (I'm now 24). back then, on the first summer i had it, my parents sent me to a summer camp only for diabetics, camp carowanis. was fun and well made, everyone there was diabetic, even some of the adults were diabetic. so you see, you are not alone.

You are not alone. I have type 2. Note: there are about 20 million diabetics in the US. About 1/3 do not know they are diabetic! Most are type 2, and about 1/4 to 1/3 of the 14Million that know have type 1. Again, you're not alone by a long shot!

Yupp! I had type 1 diabetes since i was 7 1/2. I have to test 4 times a day and have injections 3 times a day. having diabetes can be fustrating at times.

I have that but I am type 2, the difference is the first starts at young age. The cures are many and the centers are plenty. The issue is that Diabetes does not go away you have to live with in a regulated manner, Also watch for its effects on other organs and functions of the body, Go to American Diabetes Society web site to know more and learn the latest.

Type 1 for 27 yrs. had a pancreas transplant in 2000, say good bye to diabetes...

Yes i am diabetic i have been for almost and year now i take the pills and have to be tested 3 times day...but what really gets me is it runs in my moms family she doesnt have nor my sisters but 3 of my moms sisters have it but it skip my mom.but got me...your not the only one that has it..just try to keep ur head up and GOD BLESS
