no. the reason milk makes you sleepy is because it contains tryptophan which is an amino acid that increases levels of serotonin and melatonin in the brain. these are hormones that your body secretes which causes sleepiness and a calming feel throughout the body. soy does not contain tryptophan so it does not have the same effects as milk.

tryptophan can also be found in chocolate, oats, bananas, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, meat, fish, turkey, chicken, sesame, chickpeas, and peanuts.

I don't think it will because regular milk has L-triptifan (not sure on spelling) in it which helps you fall to sleep
