They are Rocky Mountain Oysters. I've never eaten them, but they were a common food where I grew up, I just assumed they had them everywhere until I met people from other parts of the country. Where do you live? I know you can get them in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado. I bet there is one of those companies that ships meat through the mail that has those, I can't remember the names of any of those companies right now but I bet they exist. Have you tried them before? Did you really like them? I can't bring myself to try them but my cousin loves them.
Here's a link that's supposed to explain how to get them:

contact a butcher shop, they would realy be about the only ones that could get tem for you, especially since they are pig nuts, i see some are saying that they are bull balls, around here, they are pig balls.
COPY AND PASTE
Take the bull by the horn: Instead of the tenderloin, why not try the tendergroin? Also known as calf fries, Rocky Mountain oysters are the testicles of cows, buffalo, pigs, lamb, sheep or turkey. They can certainly humble even the brawniest group of guys.
Steps:
1. Ask your butcher a week in advance if he or she can order Rocky Mountain oysters. In the ranching communities of the West and Midwest (especially Montana, Wyoming and Colorado), tendergroin is easy to procure from butchers and meat shops.
2. Try specialty meat producers. One company that sells Rocky Mountain oysters to restaurants all over the country is Exotic Meats (exoticmeats.com), for $10.95 per lb. Or try Fairbury Lockers (fairburylockers.com) in Nebraska.
3. Look for pale, whitish-tan oysters that have been shipped frozen and vacuum-packed or stored cold at your butcher.
4. Remove the thick muscle surrounding the oyster with a sharp paring knife. Cut larger portions in half or quarters, and keep them wrapped in the refrigerator until you're ready to fry them up.
Overall Tips:
To prepare Rocky Mountain oysters, batter them in flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper, then fry in a hot skillet with oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle generously with Louisiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco. Eat while hot.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

Mountain Oysters, also known as prairie oysters, are that part of the male animal which is removed in his youth that he may thereby be more tractable and less, uh, masculine. They are considered to be quite a delicacy. Some butcher shops sell bull testicles. These are good but the best source is from young animals. The preparation of mountain oysters is quite simple:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients
mountain oysters
flour
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic
cayenne
Preparation
Season the flour with the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and cayenne.
If the mountain oysters are large, cut them into bite sized chunks.
Dust the mountain oysters in the flour and saute in a pan of hot oil or deep fry. They should be tender on the inside and crisp on the outside.
Serve with horseradish sauce or cocktail sauce

I'm not sure where you can get bull testicles at the store..the only place I know of is at the Rock Mountain Oyster Festival in El Paso, TX...if they still have that there...I don't live there anymore so....
You may have luck trying a local ranch maybe they can give you some if they are "fixing" any bulls...
good luck...

By castrating pigs or other farm animals. Mountain oysters are a slang reference to animal testicles. I don't think anybody eats them (except other animals maybe). It just started out as being a joke.

HERE IN THE MIDWEST I'VE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET MOUNTAIN OYSTERS FROM MY GROCERY STORE, I JUST REQUEST THEM AND THEY ORDER THEM IF THEY DON'T ALREADY HAVE THEM. IF YOU HAVE A MEAT PACKING BUSINESS IN YOUR TOWN THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SUPPLY THEM ALSO. AT LEAST THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHO SOLD THEM TO YOU...
