A while back there were some raw almonds from Trader Joe's that were contaminated with salmonella due to some handling problems. That's all taken care of now. You don't have to do smoked, dry roasted are fine. There is nothing unhealthy about raw almonds. They would be nutritionally better than the more processed ones because the natural fats would be more intact.

No, it's actually better if you eat the raw that smoked. The smoked usually have way too much salt added to them.

Ahah! i know most of the solutions right here will say particular, yet no longer in all circumstances. In some asian cultures, they isolate their cows and punctiliously clean the beef to make some thing called "beef sashimi" that's actually uncooked beef. although, human beings in basic terms consume a million or 2 skinny slices according to day via fact there remains a point of micro organism putting around. hence, it is common to consume uncooked beef, yet determine it rather is called beef sashimi and is being served at an authorized eating place.

RAW is best! Smoked has way too many nasty additives in them.
