I LOVE kidney beans and am rather expert when it comes to cooking them from dried. I prefer light to dark(when it comes to them beans,not time of day lol), and I also like many other kinds of beans, which if you combine them with rice, produce a complete protein, right?

I love kidney beans. I love them in chili, in taco salad, meat and kidney bean pie, refried beans, burritos and a lot of other foods. They're also good for you, so that's even better!
