Tables are first, because people are always sitting down to eat at them. 2nd is floors because people don't like to look at dirty floors when they're eating. 3rd is the trash because it sucks trying to empty your tray in a full trash can. And 4th is the bathrooms, I don't like using dirty public bathrooms, but you don't have to clean bathrooms as often as everything else, because they don't get dirty that fast therefore they should be the last priority. BUT still a priority at that!
