Yes genital herpes can appear all over the genital area and anal area. The more a person waits to treat them usually the more the lesions or sores will spread. Genital herpes usually stay in the genital area, but it's possible for a person to have herpes sores anywhere on the body. This is more rare, but it can happen. Some people get the on their stomachs, breasts, hands and fingers.
See if you can see a hair in the sore you have. If you see one it's probably an ingrown hair and will go away within a few days. If you develop more or it becomes more painful then it's probably a good idea to start taking your medication (if you don't already take it everyday). If they don't clear up within a week or so, then you might have to go get it looked at by a doctor.
Also, the first year of having genital herpes is the worst. Usually a person will have any where from 4-6 or even more outbreaks that year and the symptoms of it are typically the worst. The more years you have genital herpes the less often you will have outbreaks. It's been over 5 years since I was diagnosed with genital herpes, and my last outbreak was almost 2 years ago.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/HerpesTreatment2o15W0uj
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Yes, you can get them anywhere. On fingers they are called herpes whitlow. If it's itchy, burny, tingly it may be a herpes lesion. You should check with the MD if you are worried about it. Usually herpes sores come in small clusters though, they start as bumps then get a clear fluid filled head, then break, crust over and heal.

Herpes can occur anywhere. Before dentists used latex gloves, they would get them on the fingers from patients who had cold sores. And, by the way, herpes is no big deal unless you are about to deliver a child. It is like having a cold sore on your bum..... check it out on any health cite -- Webmd, Google, Wikipedia, etc.
