The last several times I've entertained, guests rant & rave over the chicken taquitos. They are so easy, too. They come frozen in a box. Just stick em in the oven and serve with sour cream & salsa dips.

I don't know if this idea is national or a local invention. Walk away tacos are great for an easy snack. Make taco accessories. Then use snack size Fritos. You open the top and stuff the filling in the bag and eat with a fork. Everything is disposable.

My favorite are baby carrots with ranch dip-I don't really like carrots but there is something about them cute lil' carrots!! That's my favorite healthier snack-but you can't go wrong with good ol' chips and dip...tostitos and chunky salsa...and buffalo wings! Yummy!

Wrap proscuito around cantelope and pin it with a toothpick. Arrange on a plate with fresh mint leaves.

There is this great recipe for Bacon wrapped Cocktail weinies. It is delicious and so easy to make! Do a search for it on one of the recipes sites.

--Armadillo Eggs

Jalapeno peppers sliced in half and de-seeded
Stuffed with cream cheese
And individually wrapped in bacon
Cook on low oven temperature till the bacon is cooked to your liking. (mine is crispy)

i LOVE tiny broccoli Quish.... you can buy them frozen,a nd just bake them on a pan in the oven.... and sausage rolls with regular mustard.... and my other favorite is when poeple serve veggie platters with a choice regular salad dressing.. or yogurt for dipping sauces.

you can like get some cheese and slice it up fancy looking [lol] and put crackers on the side. umm and you can make little triangle sandwich things, either way.
