cook spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, it's super easy. and to make it look a little fancier get a brick of parmesan and you can grate that over her spaghetti like in a resturant. :)

Get two nice steaks, mushrooms, cream and new potatoes,

Slice the shrooms, dice a small onion and fry in a deep pan with some butter until the shrooms start taking colour, add a decent dash of white wine, reduce on low flame and ad the cream and reduce again till the texture is right. Season with salt & pepper
In the meantime boil the potatoes, put them on in cold, salted water!

The steaks grilled medium rare - that's the only way, then jump the potatoes cut in half or quaters in the pan with some olive oil, thyme and rosemary - serve on hot plates and if she likes veggies with green beans (wrapped in bacon).

Trust me this beef dish goes with a heavy dry white wine, try to get an aged Chardonnay or a Riesling, but nothing sweet!
If you don't know wines better go with a Shiraz or a Cabernet!
Or the good old Matheus as a rosé would do as well..

Enjoy you 2

Here's exactly what to do: Go to the grocery store and get a package of the fresh, refrigerated pasta and pasta sauce. It tastes the best. The directions to cook it couldn't be easier and it looks very fancy when done. Get a loaf of french bread and slice it most of the way down into slices and put butter and garlic salt on each slice. Put it in the oven on about 250 and check often until toasted. Get some veggies to steam also. If you don't have a steamer, you can just boil them. They pretty much taste the same that way. Your girlfriend will be very appreciative!!

I'll give you my favorite dinner, but in all honesty Rachel Ray's website has 30min meals with shopping lists and I love her!! But in case you don't have time to look it up:
I put oil and plain mild salsa in a pan for about 4min till hot and add in chicken breasts seasoned w/ Adobo for easy flavoring. At the same time I cook goya rice from a box (so easy and tons of flavor) and once the chicken is done, arrange on plate on top of the rice and garnish with the now cooked down tomato salsa. I serve with wine and my boyfriend and I always finish the whole thing!! Good luck, cook with heart and she won't complain no matter what you chose.

Well, it depends on what she likes to eat. I would recommend something simple but also something that does take a little bit of thought. i.e. not frozen fish sticks or something. Something that still takes a little bit of effort to be sincere I'm sure she would appreciate that and think it's sweet probably. Maybe Alfredo or a roasted chicken with rice and some dinner rolls... Good luck! I'm sure she will appreciate anything u will do :)

You should surprise her with some Olive Garden takeout. One order of seafood alfredo and one order of Chicken Vino Bianco. You'll have salad and fresh breadsticks. Make sure you have some wine or two bottles of Pellegrino Mineral Water.

~or~

You can make a yummy spaghetti dinner with some garlic breasticks and green salad.

Go Thai... it can be real simple, plus very impressive. All markets now carry some good products, but you can go as simple as Red Curry Paste, Lite Coconut Milk, fresh ginger, garlic, sauteed veggies and chicken. Serve over jasmine rice. Always a hit!
Or dress it up with some seafood, plus make it as hot as or as mild as you can handle.

APPLE STUFFED PORK ROAST

1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Dash ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons apple juice or apple cider
3/4 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed of separable fat
1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For stuffing, stir together the chopped apple, bread crumbs, celery, raisins, walnuts, green onions, and nutmeg. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the apple juice or 1 tablespoon apple cider. Butterfly the pork tenderloin. Cover meat with clear plastic wrap. Pound with a meat mallet to ½-inch thickness. Spread stuffing over meat. Roll up from one of the short sides. Tie with string to secure. Brush with some of the remaining 1 tablespoon apple juice. Place meat on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, in a 350' oven for 1 to 1¼ hours or till meat is no longer pink, brushing with the remainder of the 1 tablespoon apple juice after 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together the ½ cup apple juice or ½ cup apple cider, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve with roast. Makes 4 servings.

Make a homemade pizza with Bobeli crust. Add feta cheese, garlic, tomatoes, olives, peperoni, sausage, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions and sauce. And of course don't forget the mozzarella. Then buy a bottle of red wine and if you aren't of age try a San-peligrino orange sparkling water. She will be so surprised and love it. Everybody loves pizza. If you don't like some of the ingredients then change it up a bit to suit your taste buds but remember you are trying to impress her. Good luck and happy eating.
