Renal bilateral parenchymal disease can lead to hypertension (high blood pressure). I'm presuming that this is what you were meaning, seeing as you mentioned renal cortical cysts in the same sentence.

Renal cortical cysts (also called retention cysts), can be due to hereditary, developmental or acquired disorders.

Parechymal disease means the major part of the kidney is damaged. Cysts are probably congenital.
