I really got confused about something for near a week.
If someone has S-X with a diseased girl, like a hooker, and if the he has a good condom, how is it possible for him to get disease from the girl?
for example someone sleeps with an escort, that might have STD,so how can he prevent to get it?

Condoms do not protect you from ANY STD's... that is a promised. I am a qualified Nuurse and i can assuure you that condoms do not guarantee any protection from pregnancy or STD's. And for the record, why would you want to sleep with a hooker? Find yourself a nice girlfriend sweety.
If you love someone who has an STD it wouldnt be a problem..

All the answers before this have been true to a point, but they're just generalizations.

There is no safe sex. Period. That's what they say over and over in all the health classes, and that's what your doctor will tell you if you ask. If you don't want STD's, don't have sex. If you have sex, especially unprotected sex, the odds are good that you'll get an STD (there are minor ones that have no symptoms and no real effects - evidently HPV is so common that 1/3 people have it and don't know it).

Now, safER sex is a bit of a tricky topic to cover. Condoms boast a 99.7 or something like that protection rate, but that is only if you use the condom perfectly, which is something that few people ever do. The condom must be on BEFORE any contact and removed properly (contact with the outer part of the condom after intercourse is much the same as contact with your lovers genitalia). Note that condoms only cover the shaft of the penis. You can spread a disease through contact with other parts of your body, parts that condoms don't cover but that often come in contact during intercourse.

Condoms only serve to protect against certain STD's, however. They are quite good at protecting against membrane-to-membrane diseases, like herpes, but in the case of HPV (I mean genital warts, since there are many forms of HPV), the virus "sheds" and can actually be spread without direct contact, just proximity.

Also, all condoms are porous (tiny holes). Sheep skin is the most so, latex is the least so, but even latex has poures. The HIV virus in particular is smaller than these poures and can filter through and still infect someone through a condom.

I could go on, but there is a lot to say about STDs. Do some research, or talk to a physician.

Barrier protection for all contact helps decrease the likelihood of transmission, but no method is 100%. The protection has to keep all bodily fluids from contacting the uninfected person.

There are also some transmissible diseases, such as pubic lice, which can still be caught just by proximity.

Well condoms are not 100% effective but they are good. There are other contact diseases you can get like warts, herpes, or crabs. If the disease is on the pubic hair or a spot not covered by the condom and they touch you then you can become infected.

Sooooo sorry that you have to PAY A GIRL TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU.......Too bad.
You can still get STD's by physical contact with areas that condoms DON'T cover that have warts, sores, or other wounds.
