Yes, but there are a few things you need to know about this.

As mentioned, the penis (and all of your skin) is often covered in small, unoticable, or even microscopic cuts caused by abrasion with clothes on a day to day basis. These openings allow for HIV to penetrate into the body.

Despite the common notion, however, HIV is carried in saliva. There isn't much there at all, but it IS there and CAN spread HIV... though the ammount required is quite staggering. Prolonged exposure to infected saliva will increase your chance of catching HIV, but don't be too scared about that - as I said the required ammount would be like two full jugs of milk's worth. Unless you two are having some sort of marathon, it's possible, but not probably that you'll catch it. Your major concern should be blood transfer.

If this woman has recently brushed her teeth, her mouth is full of plenty of cuts and abrasions, some of which might be large enough to allow enough blood to flow to pass the virus along into the aforementioned abrasions on your penis. This doesn't only apply to oral sex, though, HIV can be transmitted through open mouthed kissing (in rare circumstances) due to damage caused to both mouthes after brushing one's teeth. When you plan on having oral sex (or prolongued kissing sessions), she should avoid brushing and try using mouthwash instead so as to prevent (or at least reduce) abrasion of the mouth.

It is only possible if she has got some mouth ulcer or rashes in her tounge and that has caused any scratch or wound on ur penis, as the chance to get infected with HIV is only to hv a blood to blood contact with a HIV infected person

No, My father died from aids, so I know about this. Aids cannot be contracted from saliva, only sexual fluids or blood. Now if he were HIV positive and she sucked his penis he could give it to her.

Not likely.

The HIV virus is transmitted from person to person via semen to blood or blood to blood contact.

Unless the woman has bleeding gums or open sores in her mouth AND your friend has open sores, or cuts on his penis, the likelihood of the virus to be transmitted is very slim.

This is a high risk behaviour, so avoid doing such things with an HIV +ve woman in the future.
