At least science says so. Carrots are also supposed to help absorbing the sunlight in order to improuve your intake of vitamin D.

well wont say it is a wives tale, because carrots do promote eye health...but its more of a maintenance tool than a fixer!!!a body needs a carrot or two to keep those baby blues from getting worse than they are...

is true that carrats CAN give you GOOD eye sight BUT IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH CARRATS IN A DAY IT MAKE YOUR SKIN ORANGE SO IS NOT GOOD TO HAVE TOO MUCH CARRATS IN A DAY.
