never say can't....if you want to go ahead...don't let the food tell you you are incapable. persevere.

Don't eat for 2 days and see if you want to play with it or eat it, if your being fed too much then say so, if your not hungry then ask not to be served, just remember that others in this world would love to have that food to eat and not waste.

I come from a propper Scottish family and if anyone saw you playing with your food you prolly be asked to leave the table.

I suppose you could play with your food when you are eating dinner/lunch.. but remember when we were kids.. we were always told.. DO NOT PLAY with the food.. It is just considered impolite.. no other reason.

Because it will get cold if it is hot, it will get dry if it is fresh, it will get wasted if you play too long with it and you'll have a mess to clean up.

probly better to avoid it on a first date, but if alone an u dont mind wasting food, go for it!
