Yup.
Tofu is especially delish if cooked with a really tasty sauce, because it absorbs all the flavour and takes on the taste of the things cooked with it.
But plain tofu (especially silken tofu) can taste great on its own on in a sweet broth as a dessert.

I love tofu! You can use it as a substitute for chicken in most recipes that call for chunks of chicken, and it tastes clean - chicken tastes dead, because it is! I like deviled tofu, which is a little like egg salad. I like it in stir frys. And so on. I actually have TWO tofu cook books! (But mostly I just toss it in with whatever veggies I have on hand, add a little soy or biryani or other sauce, and it's an easy meal.)

I have yet to master the method of preparing it in a way I like. So I found some ready to eat tofu at the Asian market and buy that. My husband loves it, he cuts it up with hot peppers and soy sauce and eats it in a pita.
Actually I don't think I like it....HA HA...

I love tofu, even though I'm not a vegetarian (I'm an omnivore).
One of my favorite dishes to prepare is curried tofu with stir-fried veggies over brown rice yummmmmmmmmmm

Depending on how it's cooked. Yesterday I ate some sort of stringy fried tofu that was just like meat. It was so good.

It depends on how it is cooked. Plain tofu, on its own, no. But in a stir fry or something where there are a lot of complimentary flavours, then yes I do. And I am not a vego either :)

yes, very much. it is loaded with protein and a healthy one that can be substitute as a meat. but eat it once in a while since this is a processed soy products that full of ascorbic acid. if you have any arthritis or rheumatic problem related to bone density, this is bad for you. back home, we eat it a lot as a dessert using the softer one with tapioca balls and caramel but the firm one as a main dish or better yet a replacement for beef.
