Ok. Let's assume that you are working on a scale where 10 and above is high (abnormal)? You may be pre-diabetic. I was hypoglycemic - one of the pre-diabetic conditions.

Since you did not put down what your symptoms are, I suggest you check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org. The symptoms could be due to other things - but if your thyroid is fine, it just might be hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).

This doesn't make sense to me. (I'm a nurse)
You should double check the lab values and speak with your doctor or the nurse at the office about the results.
