I'm looking for a pretty simple recipe with mainly the cheese, but some different stuff is welcome too.

I'm looking for one that will feed about 30 or so people.

Please include the site that you got the recipe from.

In a skillet cook 1 lb. (a tube) of Owen's or Jimmy Dean hot sausage w/ 2 cans of drained Rotel, 1 or 2 diced onions, some Cumin, Chili Powder, & Salt. When done add to 2 lbs. of Velveeta (either plain or Mexican) already melting in a crock pot (medium setting). Stir occasionally. Serve from crock pot, which also keeps the dip warm, though you may want to lower the setting to low to make sure the cheese doesn't scorch. I love this recipe, have made it for years, & it feeds many people. Enjoy!

You do realize you have to cook every single recipe you get from here in order to pick the best one! Haha.

1 lb ground hamburger (cooked)
1 block Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 pkg Manning's chili (in frozen section)
20 oz container of sour cream w/ chives
1 or 2 cans of Ro-tel

Cook hamburger first
Stir all ingredients in crock pot and heat until everything melts together. This is the best cheese dip ever.....just so you know.

Hands down. Get your crock pot out. Brown one package of ground beer (drain) add it to the pot along with 2 blocks of Velveeta cheese and a can of rotel tomatoes. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.

You can also take a block of cream cheese. Dump some salsa over it (at least medium heat) zip it in the microwave (2 min ) and serve

Just go for some wash rind cheese, like Vacherin Mont Dur or Eppoise.

you can just get some Velveeta cheese (i think the largest is 1 pound) and a can of rotel. Melt the cheese and add the rotel and serve. The good thing about using rotel is that you can get very mild to very hot.
