Can you get a sexually transmitted disease if you get semen in your eyes or nose. Like anywhere in your mucas membranes? This hasn't happened to me in case you wondered. My daughter wanted to know, and I didn't have the answer.( Nor has this happened to her)

Yes this is possible, atleast if you get it in your eyes... This is the reason why all newborn children get erythromyosin eye drops (penicillin) in their eyes right after they are born to protect them from possible STD from their mother. I believe this is done world wide to all newbies as a pre caution.

There are several viruses and bacteria commonly found in human semen. Some of these, if the infected semen comes in contact with the eye, could cause a disease of the whole body. Others are likely to just affect the eye. The agents that would just affect the eye are adenovirus(causes pink eye), papilloma virus(causes warts), chlamydia, gonorrhea. The viruses that could affect the whole body are:HIV, herpes, hepatitis and Epstein-Barr virus (mono.). There could also be an allergic reaction in which the eye would swell up, become red and irritated.

well first of all STDs can happen that is a fact. getting it in the eye well i think first should be a visit to a health centre where you can ask these questions. but it would not be prudent in this day and age to have unprotected sexual contact with many people without checking if they have been tested for the above first. next is ask her if she can respect herself enough to say no until she is ready for the experience. being rushed into it means the other half is thinking only of themselves not the shared experience that will last a lifetime in the mind.

I would think you would be able to.If you had a small cut or scratch and it got some in it,The best thing is ask a doctor or search on the web for an answer because im really not for sure.

it's a pretty good rule of thumb to stay away from dirty people and then you can just let the semen fly and not worry about it. I don't know what kind of skank *** people you hang around with but the people I know are all clean and I wouldn't worry about getting a disease from any of them.

yes you can....if this were to happen that person would have to start anti virals right away and take an HIV test over a period of months...they can fight it and end up negative because of the anti virals
