Does anyone know who the lucky charms song is by or called?thank you.....

"Jingle Bell Rock" was written by Joseph Beal and James Boothe and was first recorded by Bobby Helms in 1957. Many consider it the first successful rock and roll Christmas song. It has been covered by a great number of artists over the years.

i have no idea haven't seen that commercial yet, but try calling "general mills" advertising offices (they make the charms) I'm sure they'll be happy to help.
