YES! Hit their website and under the burning questions area they "admit" that they use gelatin in the sour cream along with dairy in the flour tortillas.

I doubt they "put" gelatin in their sour cream, but there's a very good chance that the sour cream they buy has gelatin in it. Read the labels in the grocery stores; I'd estimate that better than 3/4 of the brands on the shelf have gelatin.

I doubt that Taco Bell puts gelatin in their sour cream, however; the dairy wehre they purchase their sour cream might.
