Best place for Dum Biryani would be Paradise or Persis at Secundrabad Paradise circle. They are both in the same location and under the same management.
Other well known places for Dum Biryani are Bawarchi, Medina ( close to Nampally train station in Old city).

dont know about hyderabad , but in delhi try kareem's or the jama masjid area
