Try reducing you fluid intake some, don't dehydrate yourself but cut it down some. If you are going somewhere, go to the bathroom before you leave and don't drink and hour before you leave for somewhere. You can't stop the urges, but you can cut back on what causes the urges.

thanks for asking. ok, this is going to sound strange...but it comes highly recommended: before the next urge, go to your local wal-mart and buy the largest shoes they have in stock. fill the toe area of the left shoe with tissue. place a one liter bottle in the right shoe. duct tape a hose from your weiner to the right shoe (making sure to seal any leaks). if you do this properly, the shoes fit fine, and your walking should narrowly be affected. i once played 38 minutes of basketball with a nearly full mountain dew bottle in my right shoe! there are other less-effective methods...don't be fooled by cheap imitations!
