LOL! If i were you, i'd feel like going to the loo every five seconds, most fruits are made up of lots of water!!
And another thing is, you need a balance of proteins too, so eat fish and meat as well as fruit so you dont live off fruit alone.
Maybe if you are diabetic, it would be dangerous, the sugars are quite high.......

There's a lot of potassium in bananas, so be careful! Yes some man died from eating something like 50 portions of fruit a day and nothing else, somewhere in London.

I wouldn't think it would be the fruit. Maybe you had a sugar overdose when you had the fruit!!!! The bananas are very high in fruit sugar.

properly, i dont imagine that it truly is particularly conceivable to OD on culmination and greens, yet with the intention to maintain your health i might want to signify making particular that you do get all of your each day nutritional needs. the way it sounds via your description, you're a pesco-vegitarian, which i for my area became. What i might want to signify is to take a multi-nutrition with breakfast favourite to help make sure you're starting to be all of your each day required supplementations. If it truly is fiber that you're worried about, inspect Fibersure...its a sparkling fiber supplement powder that you'll upload for your cooking that would not thicken or change style. wish this facilitates!

I know fruit is good for you, but as I understand it, too much of anything is a bad thing.
Fruit is full of good acids, vitamins and minerals, but the body does need fibre and protein to function properly.
That said in a day you shouldn't really experience any diverse reaction.

I'm fairly positive that it's not a good idea to eat too many berries off of the Belladonna plant ( aka Deadly Nightshade!)

Fruits are classified as positive food, as they are consumed raw without cooking, and they contain live enzymes which none of our cooked foods can contain, these are great for health, do not be bothered with the fuzzyness...just keep your stomach empty for some time and it will pass. Fruits are great for us and its great to keep eating them.
