All of your symptoms are potentially indicating a coronary event, with the worst case scenario being a heart attack. I would recommend that you go to the ER, or at the very least, go see a your doctor and have an EKG performed, as this test will generally indicate if the symptoms you are having are the result of heart problems. This is nothing to mess around with. Even if your symptoms relent, you should see a physician and see if you have cause to be concerned. In the event you are having heart problems of some sort, it is certainly something that you do not want to postpone addressing. Best of luck to you.

I am worried about those host of symptoms together. Ear infection can cause loss of balance but not some of the other symptoms mentioned so you need to be checked. I wish with questions like these we get some more info like age, general health, any medications you are on..etc

I would have my blood sugar checked. I have low blood sugar and have most of those symptoms. It could even be diabetes. Once you know what it is, it is so much easier to deal with. Sometimes the fear of not knowing can also bring on other unwanted symptoms. Our sugar in our bodies controls alot of our other organs. Take the time to get a glucose test. Knowledge takes fear away.

have you had your blood pressure taken lately? this can cause some of the syntoms you have mentioned you need to go get evaluated by a doctor particulary with the numbness in your arms asap.
