When I was a little girl my dad would take us on picnics all the time. He would build a fire and give us each a stick with a hotdog on the end of it. Whenever I think about picnics I always remember those hotdogs, those days.
I'm not a big fan of hotdogs, but it's just not a picnic without one.

My favorite food for a picnic is different types of fruit.
You can carve out a watermelon to look like a basket then put melon balls(cantalope)honeydew),
watermelon,manderine oranges, and grapes inside.
make sure its very cold for when you go to the picnic and it will cool you down and your guests will love it.

Turkey Bratwurst sausages on a bun, potato salad and fruit. Dont forget the mustard for the sausages!

I like fried chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, and potato salad with a nice cold ice tea to wash it all down.
