Hard to diagnose this over the internet. I'd recommend seeing a doctor as soon as you can (or you could visit the local Health Clinic if you need confidential help). They will be able to diagnose (and treat) the problem in a safe way.

You mean one week ? did you use protection ? was there any visible cuts or brusing visible to the eye ???

Without proper look at it, the thing that comes to mind ould be skin to skin contact skin infection...but have it evaluated by a professional.
