Does anyone have any good ones? Something more interesting than slices of courgette, peppers, tomatoes and mushroom.
Can I make kebabs out of something like couscous, what would I use as a binding agent? (Eggs would be OK for me because I eat meat anyway - I just want to try something different)

Please - no tofu or quorn. These are the devil's food.

Try marinating the veggies first with any kind of marinade (plain old Italian dressing works fine), then make kabobs. Use button mushrooms, zucchini or summer squash, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, onion chunks. I also like potatoes with butter and onion slices with salt & pepper wrapped in foil...you can also add fresh rosemary or chives. Portabello mushrooms marinated then grilled are great. Grilled asparagus and corn on the cob...I'm hungry now...

I wouldn't try making couscous kebabs - whatever you stick it together with it'll fall apart. Polenta works well on the barbecue though - cut into slices, as do chunks of halloumi (not vegan though of course!).
I put just about any veg on there - try hearts of palm, aubergine, gem squash. Mushroom's more interesting if you fill it with garlic butter, corn on the cob of course, and whole baby courgettes.
Mmmm...shame the weather's gone all rubbish! I really fancy a barbie now!

Spell this: POSITIVE

Your insults would have more of an impact if you spelled them correctly.
