Well, all organs involved in eating will survive to the end. That includes oral cavity, esophagus, stomach, intestines and colon but then you begin eating the rest of them and work your way up from the colon to the stomach and then the distal 2/3rd of the esophagus because you need the proximal 1/3rd for swallowing. So finally, you are left with gums, teeth,whole of the oral cavity to be precise and a third of your esophagus. It would be hard to drive in that shape though.

IF you could eat yourself you would lose a fair amount of mass because the digestive system requires energy to run and this would be obtained by 'burning' calories that are part of you. Also, about 70% of the human body is water; this would be surplus to requirements and redirected through the kidneys to your bladder - most of you would be pissed away.
I estimate that about 10-15% of you would remain, most of that bone!

don@t rightly know. But did you hear about hose two gay guys in germany who made a pact that the one should eat theother? It was a few years back now, one had a blood fetish and the other had a fetish - wanting to be eaten. They then would enjoy the first bit to be cut off his body and eat it together. Unfortunatly, the man died after his penis was cut off, he didn;t even get a bite. But the other guy kept on going. Needless to say, he is in jail now. Sicko.

I think you would have to stop the bleeding carefully, and leave the digestive system and other internal organs until last. You would be less than half your original size at the point of death, I reckon. Please put a picture of this on Y.A.

No you'd be dead. But, for argument's sake, you'd definitely shrink in size until the point when you started to poo yourself out, at which point you'd return to your original size, albeit in a digested formed.

No, I dont think youd disappear, I just think youd just be a really big stomach.
Think about, everything you eat would go into your stomach.
