It's more likely to be gastritis than diabetes or an explosive pancreas. (We just hate it when a pancreas explodes!)
The obvious solution is to avoid the things that make you sick. The other thing you should do is schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist and get an EGD done (esophagogastroduodenoscopy). That's looking into the stomach with a lighted scope. You may have an H. pylori infection, which causes stomach ulcers, and you need the EGD for diagnosis. Treatment, if you have it, is with a course of antibiotics. You may also need a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) to ease the gastritis.

I don't know about the Mountain Dew, but the beer and alcohol reactions could be a sulfate allergy - or allergy to something else in common with those products.
I had a college roommate that always got a stomach ache, nausea & vomiting when her blood sugar got too high (she was a "borderline" diabetic) so you could possibly be having a problem with the glucose in these products. You could do a little experiment and drink Diet Mountain Dew and see if you get a stomach ache or not. However, there are a lot of other symptoms that Diabetics get as well: like extreme thirst and frequent urination. Because Diabetes is such a serious illness it would be a very good idea to discuss this with your doctor.
Here's hoping it is something else! Cheers!

i would stay away from certain beers, flavoured beer, mixed drink and mountain dew! i'm just curious, do you have the same reaction if you drink straight vinegar? i would stay clear of things that actually cause pain...they might not be good for you.

I don't see the relationship between these beverages but if you are getting severe pains in your abdomen you need to seek medical help! You could have something simple like an ulcer where a simple blood test for H.Pylori would be done. You could have gastritis from something. I would also check you for celiac sprue and of course make sure you do not have blood in your stools. If you do, you need a colonoscopy to r/o ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Bottom line, go get help!

you should be concerned but not necessarily about diabetes. I see no connection to DM with the symptoms you've listed. it is time to see your doctor to find the cause and relief for the pain. GO!

I think this is not related to diabetes but you might be suffering from gastric problems and you should definetly pay a visit to Gastro-enteritis specialist.

It doesn't sound like diabetes- more like an intolerance to carbonation.
