that's funny... I don't know if you actually want an answer, but for the record, I'd cook the chicken.

I dont eat chicken so i'd have a cheese omelette. I think i'd have to make the cheese before cooking the egg, mind u i'd have to find a chicken to get an egg so it might take as long. It would start with the birth of a cow and the birth of a chicken, i reckon the chicken would have an egg before the cow produced its first milk, but by the time the milk is there and ready to be turned to cheese, the egg would have gone off, in fact, the chicken might have died of natural causes. Goodness what a conundrum.
I think that there's something a bit unwholesome about a chicken and an egg being in the same dish,
I'm having potatoes and salad for tea, they can all be done at the same time!

The chicken should already be cooked. There wouldn't be time for it to cook in an omelet before the egg would be over cooked if not burned.

If you cook the egg first it would be flat and tasteless by the time you got the chicken cooked. Cook the chicken first and add it to the omelet.

The chicken takes long and should be cooked first (20-30 mins) and then the egg in the omelette takes 3 mins.
