My favourite recipe is a dish I make at work so if I told you I would get the sack. It's called mushroom & nut fettuccini & it's gorgeous. It has green & yellow peppers, cashew nuts, tomato paste, cream & peanut butter in it amongst other things. I can't tell you any more but if you experiment with the ingredients I've given you, you should come up with something pretty tasty.

Fry some veg, add some Thai curry paste, fry a bit more, add some coconut milk and simmer. Serve with rice.
Or, cook some aubergine in slices in an oven with some olive oil, tomato, pinenuts and topped with mozerrella. Both very tasty.

make a veggie lasagne with green pasta sheets, then make a white sauce and a tomato sauce, layer veggies (corgettes, mushrooms, spinach, celery anything you fancy really) on each layer put some tomato sauce in. then on last layer (no more than three) put pasta sheets then pour whitesauce and put lots of cheese on top. put in the oven for 35-40mins until hot all the way through. Serve with rocket, spinach, water cress salad and a simple lemon juice, paprica, olive oil sauce and someolive or garlic bread on side!!!

right.....let me think.i'll tell you a few
1.) trist pie
which is named after my surname tristram-layer of carrots in bottom of dish, then layer of baked beans then layer of mash then layer of cheese on the top sprinkled with black pepper.sounds simple but very tasty
2.) crudites with hummous
get some white or wholemeeal pitta bread, red pepper and courgette. cut pepper into strips and halve the courgette, then cut it downwards into 3 long strips. fry them all in olive oil til soft. grill some pitta and also cut into strips. you can buy hummous ready made but if not get chick peas, garlic clove, lemon juice, peanut butter salt black pepper and wholegrain mustard. you need a blender...put all ingredients in it and blend to smooth paste. vary quantities according to your own preference but i usually do roughly one can of chickpeas, a heaped teaspoon of rock salt, pinch of black pepper, one/two garlic cloves, teaspoon whole grain mustard, teaspoon peanut butter, few tablespoons lemon juice.
then spread the hummous on the veg and the pitta and enjoy
got many mor ideas but gotta go now so i'll tell you them another day!!!
