i dont know your current spinach artichoke dip recipe, so who knows? in general, chances are you need a drier filling since when you bake/roast the stuffed mushrooms they will leach their own moisture so your filling needs to be thouroughly dry... check the ingredients in your dip that contain moisture and find ways to eliminate their individual water content... wring the cooked spinach and artichokes well w a hand towel before using...
and deltaqueen has a good tip, if its still too moist, the breadcrumbs will help make it drier

Depends on the ingredients. It may not need any adjustment depending on how you make the dip. Try a few before you make the whole batch of mushrooms.

It may not need any adjusting, but depending on the recipe you may just want to alter the texture so it's thicker like a stuffing.

Is it too loose to use by itself? Just add a little bit of seasoned bread crumbs to it. Maybe melt some cheese over that. That part isn't necessary of course.

I think you could use it as-is; no alteration needed.
