I had my blood tested 1 year ago and my fasting blood sugar was 104. Certain foods trigger certain things in my body, greasy and starchy foods, make me extremely tired and worn out. Sugar tends to make my stomach very upset. And, sometimes after long periods of not eating I will get very dizzy and disoreintated. I do drink a lot of fluid but have always been like that, and I would say there are days I do go to the bathroom alot. I suffer from not being able to go go to the bathroom, constipation. Just wondering, or am I just worrying for nothing.

Some added details that, I have in fact been tested for hyperthroid, and that was fine. I am aware that I have IBS, just wondered if it contributing factor. I went to one general practitioner, they wanted me to test my blood for 30 days. However, if they thought I wasn't at a risk at that time then my other question would be why would they ask me to do that. They said 104 for fasting 12hrs is the high end of normal. Does any of this seem logical. I don't want to go to a doctor again and seem like a hyperchondriat. I just get nervouse cause I have family member that has a pump and she is pretty bad, and other family members that have it but I believe part of there's is contributed to a weight issue. I dont' believe that I am obese, but I do have a few extra pounds, about 10lbs more then what I should weigh.

Sounds like you may have impaired glucose tolerance. Not diabetes, but not normal either. Treatment of this is simply diet and excercise to prevent further insulin resistance (the cause of impaired glucose tolerance). You could always ask your doc to do a glucose tolerance test to be sure.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Your fasting blood glucose level is within normal limits. The symptoms you are describing don't sound like symptoms of diabetes.

Symptoms of diabetes:
Frequent urination
Excessive thirst
Extreme hunger
Unusual weight loss
Increased fatigue
Irritability
Blurry vision

Diabetes is diagnosed by a fasting blood sugar greater than 126 on two separate occasions, A blood glucose level of 200 mg/dL or more 2 hours after drinking a beverage containing 75 grams of glucose dissolved in water. This test is called the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), OR a random (taken at any time of day) blood glucose level of 200 mg/dL or more, along with the presence of diabetes symptoms

There are 2 types of diabetes: IDDM seen in younger persons (<40 years) and NIDDM seen in older person and the most common one. The most common symptom of diabetes are polyuria (excessive urination), polydipsia (excessive thirst), polyphagia (excessive hunger), and easily feeling fatigued even after some light exercise. If you feel dizzy and disoriented after some periods of not eating then that is probably due to hypoglycemia (low blood glucose in your blood). In diabetes its opposite i.e. the blood glucose is very high. The 8 hourfasting blood glucose should be less than 126mg/dl and the 2 hour post prandial (after eating) should be less than 140mg/dl. Any value more than 200mg/dl is a definite diagnosis of diabetes.

the glucose tolerance test is the definitive test for diabetes and your letter and another show that the paranoia about sugar is now starting to become a problem in its own right

Ask your doctor to order the lab work to test for diabetes. It's too important to leave to guesswork.
