Grace if you need to sleep then you can purchase passion fruit juice from the brazillian markets oand if one is not in your area, then go to the health food stores and get the passion fruite leaves and brew some tea and sweeten it with honey and cool it down, then drink it and it will relax you and help you sleep. Also, valerian root comes in capsules and its natural. Believe me... you take 1 or 2 of those and you will be zonked out within 10 mn and you will sleep soundly. When you awake you will feel good.
Hope this helps, Regards, Ammoconfidential

Don't take meds. Try aromatherapy. You can buy a lavender essential oil and put it in an aromatherapy burner before you sleep. It works for me and lavender also helps if you are depressed, angry, or stressed out. good luck

Try reading a soothing book. That puts me to sleep (and takes my mind off what's worrying me).

exercise- walk at a brisk pace and add windsprint as a pick up to your system and then stretch and listen to your breathing as part of your cool down and think calming thoughts as you make your way back to bed and sleep.
