1. A Rogan Joosh beef curry done in the Moghlai style, (with yogurt and ground almonds). Last week in my house in Mexico City
2. A rib cut roast beef, medium, melt in your mouth tenderness, served with natural gravy, a pure horseradish sauce and with a splendid Yorkshire pubbing, 10 years ago in Langley, British Columbia.
3. A stunning "moong" dal served in bowl shaped papadums which I had in Hastings England about 30 years ago and which I have NEVER been able to duplicate 7000 dals later!
4. Alaska King Crab legs drenched in lemon and garlic butter, with a small tender rib eye on the side, washed down with a good French champagne, 25 years ago in Calgary Alberta!
5. Any meal at the Sawasdee Thai restaurant on Main Street in Vancouver.

I could write another 5 as well, but this is a pretty good selection. If I had to pick one as a "last meal" I'd pretty much need 12-18 hours in order to make the decision.
