You get them from happy cows and chickens and they are a great idea. I would never eat a cage egg. It is disgraceful that hens are still being incarcerated for their entire lives. Organic food is more expensive but it is worth it. Just make sure they are also free-range.

I buy Horizon milk and Free Range Orgaic Country Creek eggs at walmart.

Organic food is made naturally without preservitives and is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration . To find out more about organic food , contact them or your local grocery store . Your local grocery store should have organic food .
Do a yahoo search under organic food stores and Wikipedia , (online encyclopedia ) , under organic foods to learn more about what organic food is .

Most grocery stores carry at least some certified organic products these days, although I prefer to shop at health foods stores like Whole Foods or Wild Oats.

the difference between organic and inorganic is that they feed the animals a different diet thus resulting in the difference in taste of the products.this can be found in specialised shops or the supermarkets.
