You get them from happy cows and chickens and they are a great idea. I would never eat a cage egg. It is disgraceful that hens are still being incarcerated for their entire lives. Organic food is more expensive but it is worth it. Just make sure they are also free-range.

Most grocery stores carry at least some certified organic products these days, although I prefer to shop at health foods stores like Whole Foods or Wild Oats.

the difference between organic and inorganic is that they feed the animals a different diet thus resulting in the difference in taste of the products.this can be found in specialised shops or the supermarkets.
