Vegetarian for 20 years. I was a vegan for several years but I love cheese too much (smoked Gouda broke me).

I'm not vegan or vegetarian myself, but I have a lot of respect for people who are... it takes real self discipline.

i am "mostly vegan" (i know kind of like being mostly pregnant or mostly a virgin).... in that at home i don't eat any dairy products , etc.. mainly have fruit juice and cashews and apples..... smoothies made with soy milk and bananas.. that sort of thing...
but like tonight....i was out late because i was dropping my son off at college and things took a lot longer than expected... so we ate at CiCi's pizza....and i ate veggie pizza but with cheese on it.. at home i order pizza with just veggies and sauce..no cheese... but at a buffet it is a little more difficult to get what you want.....
so basically i am vegan 99% of the time...
