In any decent Italian deli shop.
Authentic Prosciutto di Parma will bear the indelible stamp of the Ducal Crown - a five pointed coronet logo with PARMA in the centre which is branded onto several parts of the ham's skin.
That's the best, sweet and savory.

Pavillions or Gelsons.
Prosciutto is a very upscale type of ham. Unfortunately, Farmer John doesn't make it, so you won't be able to find it fresh from them.
Or go to Beverly Hills, if you are close by, and find a specialty deli.
What are you making?

Ralph's carries it in the cheese/lunchmeat section. It's one of those specialty things, so it won't be next to the Oscar Mayer bologna. You have to look for it. I believe they package it themselves, so look for Ralph's brand stuff.
Oh, try Pavillions, they have . Good luck.

Wow...are there any Italians at all in L.A.? LOL
Maybe ask some Italian Restaurant where they buy theirs if you can't find it anywhere.
