There is a restaurant in Hatch, NM called Mama's that serves the BEST rellanos that I have ever had. They are out of this world!

Did I hear Chile Rellenos?? Oh, I love that. My favorite mexican dish. Maybe someone out there knows an authenic, (and I mean real authentic) recipe?? Sorry, I live in Canada. Too far to go to NM.

There are various American chains , Dennys , MacDonalds, Sanbourns and Burger King and KFC to call some. very almost all Mexican delicacies is very spiced if served in eating places. you will be able to discover a buffet the place you would be waiting to opt for what you like.....William Maxwell Aitken and eggs with toast and positioned your individual catsup on the meal.
